[PaQSO] Lost balloon carrying camera believed lost over WPA

Hi,

Sorry for the off-topic.
This was in our local paper yesterday. Some prof's from my alma Matter lost
a balloon over WPA. The GPS enabled cell phone stopped calling. I guess they
didn't know that cell phone coverage is not 100%, and doesn't improve with
altitude.
Too bad they didn't have a Ham on the project. APRS would be perfect for
this.
If anyone sees it, please call them.
