Mike, do the log checkers check for corresponding QSOs between logs or just
look for dupes within logs?

And while it should be as simple as saying "You're a dupe, old man", it
never is that simple.  It usually turns into a five minute conversation
where the dupe asks when you worked him, what your correct callsign is, are
you a rover, the serial number you gave him, the serial number of your rig,
XYL's name, etc.  Not that there's anything wrong with that....just
saying...
