Thanks for the very complete and thoughtful reply. The rules aren't
very clear about "dupe sheet being require ONLY for paper logs." I
agree that taking whatever method was used (paper or computer) is a good
idea.
I wish you all a great QSO party. I'll try to bop in from time to time
and work a few PA stations.
