[PaQSO] Dupe Sheet from N1MM

If the program doesn't count the dupe in the score, does it matter? And I
think what K8MR is saying below is that it is probably better to log the
dupe, otherwise the station that correctly logged the first contact risks
losing points if log reconciliation is in place. However, I don't think the
organizers use automated log checking, so admittedly a lot of logging sins
probably go unnoticed.
A few years ago dupe logging seemed wrong and counterintuitive to me until a
wise old... errr.... make that "experienced" contester down the road named
Bob explained it to me :-) Now I log dupes religiously.
