[PaQSO] Logging Program

N1MM works well, but unless something changed recently, you need to 
halve the score due to N1MM's inability to handle the half point Qs 
(1.5pts).  Perhaps John, K3CT, can comment on that.  I see he has been 
implementing, updating, and pounding out new functionality specifically 
for QSO parties, including the PAQP.
