[PaQSO] 6 meters

It will be a sad day when the contest rules swell to multiple pages, all due
to the theory that nothing can be implied & if it is not explicitly stated
otherwise it must be allowed.
I know common sense is often a misnomer, just like jumbo shrimp & military
intelligence, but c'mon.

I've been listening to some of the varied state QP's this year; many
participants are quite lax about the FCC rule: your callsign at the end of
EVERY QSO. Maybe some think that giving their call only once in a while
during a run speeds things up. It doesn't. It can lead to broken contacts,
duplicate contacts, 00 cards, etc.Listen to some of the top scorers like
AA3B --- NEVER OO or FCC bait.
Many of the published rules of contests specify adherence to their
country's regulations. If PA QP doesn't it should, though total adherence is
implicitly required of every amateur at all times - regular contacts,
contests, whatever, regardless. K3TX,OO.
