Good to mention but not all radios and/or interfaces will allow radio
control and CW sending on the same port. This may not be a concern for
everyone.
Larry, have you had problems with USB to COM converters if just used to send
CW? If so, I would try other programs before reaching a final conclusion.
There are also several USB solutions that use the WinKey chip to send CW.
One is available in kit form.
I am aware of some USB to COM Vista driver issues when used for radio
control. Purchasing a compatible converter solves the problem.
