I know you're looking for a simple SES this year; however, I would offer the notion that there are multiple "commonwealth" campuses in PA?associated with Penn State.? I can easily imagine as system where folks at the main campus work K3YA; however, there may be special points for working commonwealth campuses, some of which have their own stations on the air.
