[PaQSO] Records update

Hey all,

The records have been updated, and will be posted tonight, after I  
convert the XLS file to PDF.

I very much recommend looking them over, because there are a fair  
number of updates.

Some records from 2007 were missed before, and aside from that, we had  
a database problem involving the Canadian Stations. Turns out that it  
searches for "Canada" when compiling the scores. Trouble is, the  
Canada it searches for is in the field where we normally put Zip  
codes. Don't know exactly why it was set up that way, but the result  
of that was that there were some stations that were missed, including  
this year's VE division winner.

	Missing or not missing from the results depends on whether a VE was a  
prior participant. For long time VE partiers, it didn't matter - their  
addresses were in the database with "Canada" in the  zip code field -   
but for new participants I had put the Canadian postal code in the  
offending field, so they were missed upon compiling the scores. It's  
always something. I've added a country field to the addresses database  
and will change to search on that in the future.
