[PaQSO] Logging

I think you'll find that N1MM is free and open source. You can get the  
source code. It works for PAQP. Last year it did not handle the  
scoring correctly, but when I fill out my paper logs, I need to  
correct the scoring for the bonus stations anyway. Does any logging  
software account for bonus stations automatically?
