When dealing with stations that are likely to be in different counties  
at different times, such as mobiles, rovers, or Special Event stations  
at times, the way to enter the QSO would be:

assuming My call was the special event

N3LI/CEN
N3LI/HUN
N3LI/CLE

As long as the county is appended to the  callsign, all the software I  
know of will handle it.

This will even handle combination stations such as a mobile + special  
event.

GIve it a try before the next party with a bogus log to check if it  
works for you.
