Thanks for that update Chuck.
With all of the attention on this Bill that I've been reading on this list, I was going to try and stay attentive to the progress of this thing.  I must have misunderstood some former post that said that if it passed this (last) time, all it needed was the Gov's signature to become law; obviously, that isn't the case - as you have just reported.
This is a good civics lesson for those of us who don't follow or understand our political machinery.  I found a State website that we can all access where you can follow this stuff. As Colonel Klink would say, "Very interesting!"  (I am afraid to list the website here for fear that some filter will then nix this message to the list).
