[PaQSO] Last hour

I was out in the boonies and shortly after 10PM I called
it a night and headed for the motel.  I had started at 6AM
and was tired.  For me the last hour or two wasn't desired.

However I think the "last hour" question should be answered
by our friends out on the Left Coast.  Do they get enough
out of it to keep it in the rules?

A compromised would be to start the contest an hour
earlier on Saturday and do away with the last hour that night.
