You certainly make a good point.  Yours is a very complicated 
problem.  I hope the committee can give some clue to make
your operation a competitive and rewarding effort.  I'm sure
many participants are gratified to get two fairly rare counties
at one time. You do a fine job.
I hope you won't be offended, but I may be portable in FRA
this year.  I have a tentative offer from the daughter of a
former (SK) ham there.  Still not sure it will work out.
Some folks suggested JUN as a really tough one, but I was
there several years ago.  I would rather go to a County that
I haven't activated before.  I've been portable in 17 different
Counties in the 20 years that I have gone portable.  Other
Counties under consideration are SUS, TIO, MIF, CLI.

I just did the Mid-Atlantic QP and made the fabulous score
of 20K with 143 Q's.  Duh !
