Mike,

The  K3CP logging program hasn't been kept up to date
for at least 6 years.  Van,(K3CP), who I helped some
with the program, updated it for me about 1999, but I
have since gone to KA3JWE's.

I'm not sure what Scott, N3FJP, has done with his
program. I know it was not useable as originally
provided due to County abbreviations and ARRL
Sections missing.


As for the requirement for a club roster, I would think
that you shouldn't get too deeply involved in how it
should be handled. I feel that if club members want their 
efforts to be rewarded, they will find a way to get a 
copy of their clubs roster and submit it.
