[PaQSO] Was "Revive Club Award?" digital modes

All,

Besides the club awards, low power levels, no one has answer my 
questions about the digital modes for the contest i would suggest 
there be an activity hour or two for PSK and RTTY since both RTTY and 
PSK are going to count separately there will have to be diff rent 
hours on each one. also what isn't being taken into account is 
propagation on each band. since psk and rtty can be conducted on each 
band, except for 160. And yes fokes people do use PSK on other band 
then 14.070. since had a ham argue with me that there was no other 
activity for PSK other then 20 meters. 

I just like to get some thoughts on this because at least with an 
activity hour we can minimize the impact with CW operations and also 
Maximize operating time. since most can all gather at certain times 
for digital operations.
