[PaQSO] Kd8MQ website - renamed from two questions

Hi everybody,

I've got a few e-mails today with corrections for the web pages I posted 
last night. Thanks to everybody who took the time to point these out.

The major one was in the 2004 rare counties page. I had Wyoming county 
mistakenly listed as rare. That should have been Wayne county.

Anyway, if anyone has any more corrections as the new pages come on 
line, let me know about it, please!
