In regards to PA weather during the weekend... Heading home from SUS down I-81 I was going up hill and realized it was not fog I was going into but the cloud ceiling. Almost declared Instrument Flight Rules but then remembered I had 4 wheels on the ground. 73, Mark N3GNW
