In my opinion if you use a county sign, or a GPS and mapping software and you didn't install the sign or develop the mapping software or its database but they were done by a disinterested third party, you have met the requirements in all reasonably expected ways and means commonly available to you. If you and everybody else knows the county sign is 15 miles from where it should be , sorry its out in my book.
