[PaQSO] CL Rules?

Hey Gang,

I must be missing something. Seems to me this should
be very easy to determine. If any part of the station,
including antennas, is in two (or more) counties,
you can claim your station to be in both (or all of
those) counties.

Yes, I know, sometimes markers are inaccurate, etc.
But, if the person setting up the station really
and truly believes that any part of the station
is on the line, then it's a county line station.
A hundred feet away is close, but no cigar. You
couldn't get to the line because the road, if any,
was impassable? Then, guess what, you're not on
the line!

This whole thing reminds me of the Romeo Stepanenko
thing a few years ago. You know, "But I can SEE
North Korea from here..."

Asbestos suit on. :-)

73,
Bob

p.s. Thanks to the powers that be who organize and
run this event year after year, as well as all the
participants. This is a lot of fun! Sure wish I
could operate more than a few hours, but that doesn't
seem to be in the cards for a while. Sigh.
