[PaQSO] Wet weekend in YOR

Steve, N3FWE and I (N3WDZ) set up in Rocky Ridge Park in
York county on Saturday, during some pretty heavy rain.

Because of the heavy rain, we weren't able (willing?) to spend
a lot of time setting up the antennas, so we had a Buddipole
close to the ground configured as a vertical, and a random wire strung 
over top the roof
of the pavilion.

We had much better luck making out of state contacts than in-state.
Our four-hour tour of duty netted us 7 contacts total, 3 on 20m and 4 
on 40m.

Next year, better antennas, and maybe less rain!

Still, we had fun. Thanks to those of you we managed to contact!
