[PaQSO] Mobile Windows

I long ago gave up on the mobile windows. Even if you
get in there and strat calling, a higher power station
(alligator type) hops on and your gone!

No, the windows don't work. It's the overall
friendliness and cooperation of many oif the other ops
who let the mobiles happen!
