[PaQSO] Digital Mode Vote.

Not that this is a real vote, but I vote yes to digital contacts, if and
ONLY if they are counted the same point wise as CW.

So far, of the calls I see voting No, most are CW ops.  We all know and
accept that CW ops in the QSO party have a serious point advantage over
the SSB phone ops.  It's my opinion that most who vote "No" for any
digital entrys during the QSO party are worried about their point
advantage.
