[PaQSO] RTTY

[Bob Wiseman]

The ARRL Field Day has been pretty successful in treating them as separate
modes. The following is from ARRL 2005 F.D. rules:

"Phone, CW and Digital (non-CW) modes on a band are considered as separate
bands. A station may be worked only once per band under this rule."

I add my vote to the "Yes" column (as long as all the other digital modes
are included, and not just RTTY).
