Make it 9 for to 3 against. However I have no problem
with those people who would rather use a "digital"
mode than CW, as long the two are both scored the
same. That is, if you work a station on RTTY you can't
work him again using CW (on the same band, of course).
I personally think we should keep the rules as stable
as possible. Last year's flap took some of the fun
away from the event. The QSO Party may be friendly,
but the discussion about the rules was not.
