[PaQSO] MY OPINION

For all participation in the Pa. QSO Party, I THINK all rules should be
changed to reflect the following:
1. If you use an ICOM Transceiver - - - DEDUCT 20% from your RAW SCORE !
2. If you use a Kenwood Transceiver -- - - DEDUCT 25% from you RAW SCORE !
3. If you use a MFJ Antenna Switch - - - ADD 30% to your RAW SCORE !
4. If you use a Rig-Blaster for ANY digital mode - - -ADD 10% to your RAW
SCORE !
5. If you run Windows 98 on your computer - - - DEDUCT 50% from your RAW
SCORE !
6. If you are operating Mobile, and driving a RED Ford Vehicle -- DEDUCT 10%
from your RAW SCORE !
7. If you are operating "Portable", you must operate from a recognized State
Park, with a Wooden Table !
8. If you are operating Marine Mobile, you must operate from a Fiberglass
Boat, that is moored to the 3rd Tree stump, located on a bearing of 130
degrees, range 7.5 miles from the primary Launch Ramp of The Nile River, in
Cairo, Egypt.
9. Log Periodic, and 160 meter, Full-Wave Antennae are not permitted on Blue
Volkswagen Automobiles when operating Mobile !
10. Each person should be given an extra 50,000,000 points, for each tear
that they shed, while they are SOBBING and OBSERVING the DISINTEGRATION of
the Pa. QSO Party !

Ridiculous ?  Yes !  Preposterous ?  Yes !  Absurd ?  Yes !   But, not any
moreso than the so-called "Expressions of Individuality" which I have been
reading for the past two days !

Perhaps the DISINTEGRATION BEGAN two years ago, when someone posted:  "If I
am NOT permitted to CHEAT in any contest, I will not participate" !  There
were a few who AGREED !
