[PaQSO] FIRST and FINAL Comments

As Blair and several others have said,  E N O U G H .

CW is a digital mode.    RTTY is a digital mode.   Likewise PSK.

If you don't want to, ( or maybe have another excuse), to not use
CW, and you want the advantage of the extra points, then go ahead
and use the others, BUT, consider them, count them and score them
as if they were made on CW. Get the extra points, OK.

Next thing you know somebody will want to make AM as an 
additional voice mode.   Aargh.

At most there might be possibly 10 or 12 people use the 'alternate
digital modes'.  No problem,

You have kicked this dead horse to the point of disgusting mutilation.
PLUS, and this is even more important, you have alienated some of
the stalwart proponents of the PAQP, not the least of which is my
dear friend Doug,(W3HDH).  You all owe him an apology.

I've been in this Party for a long time.  Made a lot of friends. Broke a
few
records.  I've been so close to achieving several goals, ie. making 1200
Q's  and breaking 200K points. In fact, so close, that, with a little log
doctoring, (fudging), I could have made it. So  -  so  - who would I be
cheating. Make the CW change to all 2 points, I don't care.

Doug = We always work each other in the PAQP and take 20 or
30 seconds to chat. I love that. I do it with several other dear friends
also.  But, please, give me a call during the test,  just to say hello.
If you are sincere in your decision, then I'll not enter you in the log.
What the hell, one less qso point to maintain a friendship is a damned
small price to pay.

I've been deleting all the comments without reading  them lately.  Can
you
guess why?
