One of the more odd rules for this party is the Single/Single or  
Multi/Single only for portable operation. No Multi-Mullti Portable  
operations.

Where this starts getting really odd is that a group of people who  
want to run a Multi/Multi station and don't want to run from home  
can't do it. But wait - yes they can! They can run as a Rover, which  
does not have restrictions.

	And just to make it weird, there is no rule saying that a rover has  
to move. So you can have a rover station that is acting like a  
portable station. Only difference is that the Rover station then gets  
a 500 point bonus.

	This has already happened, and it is perfectly within the rules - no  
problem, just rules weirdness.

	I am going to be looking at the situation. The likely result is that  
next year a portable can be Multi/Multi.

	It is important to note that the Multi/Multi stations are not  
eligible for awards in the Rover and portable divisions, as per the  
rules. So there would be no change there.

	So I want some feedback. It seems like Multi/Multi portable should  
be feasible.

	Especially I do NOT want to add some sort of "Must Move" ruling. But  
I do  think that it would be nice to allow M/Ms in portable.

	Thoughts? Anything this will mess up?
