[PaQSO] PAQSO Party changes

Will there be separate categories for those running digital modes and those running Phone/CW and a combo category?  For those running phone/CW, if you can get 2 or 3 points per digital QSO, we can't compete.  Not apples and apples.  I think separate and combo categories make it more fair.

Last year it is was heresy to suggest PSK31 for the Party :-)  Like others 
have suggested, this will brighten up the Sunday doldrums, especially when 
anything above 40m sounds like a dummy load and you've worked everyone three 
times on 40m.
