[PaQSO] Web page update - well sort of

Hey all!

In preparation for the 2004 version of the PAQSO party, the old PAQSO 
main page, application form and rules pages have been deleted from the 
server.

Note that if for some reason you need some of the files, such as the 
scores or records pdf's, etc, please email me with what you need, and 
I'll email the file to you.

Looking forward to posting the new web pages as soon as they are available!
