[PaQSO] 2004 QSO Party - remember to have fun

Each year I try hard to spend some time working the PA QSO Party (from VA),
because it is both a relaxed and a competitive event, friendly and
exciting. If you are getting wound up about some trivial rule change, I
suggest that you approach the Party like I do.
Trust that the organizers are trying to make it the best QSO Party ever.
Accept that they are human, and that nobody agrees on what makes the BEST
Party.
Find out the rules before the contest.
Attempt to follow them.
And have a great time.
It never fails for me.

Rob
