[PaQSO] Forget Changes

I hope that doesn't mean you have given up on the contest.  We all have the
right to disagree but to open up a pandora's box telling everyone to score
as they wish for county line stations is at best unproductive.

Lets see I want the first county line contact to be worth 7600 points and to
add 10,000 points for each station on the same line. Make sense? Not to me.

As the manager of the MDC Party I know you need one set of rules or its not
gonna work. I suggest you just have everyone abide by the rules as
originally published for this year.
