[PaQSO] Summary sheet question

According to the rules sent out with the announcement of this years Pa QSO Party, out of state stations can score a total of 67 mults, the 67 counties. EPA and WPA are not available mults for out of state stations.
I too, in a private answer to John, K2UBG, told him there wre 69 mults, but that is not correct.
Out of state: 67 counties
In state: 152 (from all over the place).
