[PaQSO] Summary sheet question

67 Counties + EPA Section & WPA Section = 69 Multipliers

Which does bring up an interesting thought... is there a practical point on
the map that could be a (for the beginning of the contest, at least) 4 or
even 5 multiplier point?  Obviously I'm talking about a county line (or 3
county confluence) that also adjoins the two ARRL sections.
