[PaQSO] Rare Counties

No doubt there are as many different reasons for a county to "go rare" in
any given year as there are different counties in Pa.

Cambria is usually an 'average' county. At least since 1995 (except for
1997) when I started doing a portable op there.......prior to that it was
between somewhat rare and very rare.

My youngest decided to get married on October 2 this year. She did not
consult with me. Had she decided to set the date one week later, I suspect
Cambria would have become rare this year.

But who knows, with AA3B's list, maybe someone would have noticed and
"filled in".
