Assuming the contest will go more than 12 hours, yes, that break is one of
the best things about the PaQP.  

On the topic of QRP, Low Power and High Power, why not take this opportunity
to fashion it so that the QRP's compete with QRP's, Low Power with Low
Power, and High Power with High Power?  Eliminates the need for a power
category bonus of any kind.

Another thought, QRP bonus and low power only. No High Power!
Don't need those stations 5-6kc wide. Bonus also for CW,
Mobile and Rover. The suggested break like MDC and PAQP also
sure suits me fine. Would be one to do from home. I would
probably do it QRP if there is a bonus.
