I am the inventor of and award manager for the Pennsylvania 67 award on
behalf of my home club, the Mid-Atlantic ARC. The info in the K1BV
awards directory is out of date (I really need to attend to that!). It
doesn't matter where a person was operating from. What matters is having
confirmed 2-way contacts with all 67 counties on the ham bands. I'll be
happy to send the award rules and application sheet to anyone who's
