[PaQSO] Logging /M /R or combinations thereof.

I don't think you're missing anything, Bob. You were correct when you said
it would allow a /M and a /R station to be logged on the same band, same
mode, same county (even though it is a dupe). It allowed this because
computers use the absolute literal interpretation of callsign/M and
callsign/R and determined that these two items are not the same. So, you
were right, the program was working correctly according to my explanation.
Unfortunately, this exacting interpretation of the two different entries
caused an error (a dupe) to be entered into the log.

So, I made a few changes to the way the program handles /M and /R entries.
When you enter a callsign/M or callsign/R station it looks to see if that
station was previously worked on the current band, mode and county
regardless of whether it was mobile, rover, portable or fixed. Basically it
dupe checks by ignoring anything to the right of the "/" mark. This,
however, necessitates that you *only* enter /M or /R after the call. You
can enter other stuff but it's going to be ignored for dupe checking
purposes. This might not be the best way to handle this from a convenience
standpoint but it was the simplest way to keep the program from logging
dupes considering the contest is only nine days away. I will review the
dupe checking of mobiles and rovers in greater detail later in the "off
season".

If you were to enter a mobile or rover as callsign/NHA on 40m PH and later
try to enter him as callsign/LEH also on 40m PH regardless of what you enter
in the county field it will show a dupe because it's not going to use
anything on the right side of the "/" mark. By entering the /M or /R it
causes the program to dupe check using the call, band, mode, *and* the five
possible counties (if it's a county line station).

So, you can't enter callsign/NHA for a mobile or rover with the latest
version of my program (version 6.5.2) because it will find a dupe with
callsign/LEH because it ignores everything to the right of the "/" mark.
Just use the /M or /R, enter the county (or multiple counties) in the county
field and the program will dupe check that way.

As a reminder, if you come across a situation where you contact someone and
you show them as a dupe but they swear you're not a dupe in their log
(busted call or whatever) you can enter /DUP after the call and the program
will still log it. However, it won't use any of the data in that entry when
calculating the score unless you edit the entry and remove the /DUP later.
