[PaQSO] Logging /M /R or combinations thereof.

I should have said "If you work the same station, in the same county, on the
same band, and the same mode, twice, but affix........"

Sorry 'bout that.

I must be missing something Don. If you work the same station, in the same
county, twice, but affix a /R and then a /M to the call, it certainly will
accept it as a valid contact, as it should (even though it's a dupe, the
entry is different). Now if you attach the county to that same call,
instead of simply the /R or /M, then I would hope your software will tag
this a dupe.

What I think I want to say here is that based on your email scenario below,
your program is working correctly.

If I'm missing something, I apologize.

Best regards.

There's always some scenario that crops up that you never even thought about
when it comes to operating a contest. This business with operating rover
and then mobile on your way to the next rover location never crossed my mind
when I assembled all the little 1's and 0's. So, when I started to read
about this newest wrinkle with the PA party, I started experimenting with my
program to see what it would do under the circumstances. What I found was
that it *would* log a /M and /R on the same band, same mode, same county
which would be a dupe. So, I'm in the process of working out a solution for
that. Unfortunately, the duping process for mobiles is rather complex and
time is short and I don't know if I can have it completed by contest time.
If I do, I'll most certainly post it here.
