[PaQSO] Final on What is Mid Atlantic

To those of you not on Yahoo Groups for the Proposed Mid Atlantic QSO =
Party, I thought I'd let you all know the debate over what is Mid =
Atlantic for the proposed test ended with a vote.

The areas that won were:

NY, NJ, DE, PA,MDC, VA, WV .

Also, another vote has now started on some of the other open areas- =
Operating periods, Scoring, Bands, Categories, and awards.

If you would like a copy of the vote ballot message but stay off of the =
Yahoo Group for personal reasons, email me direct, wa3eop@arrl.net, and =
I'll forward you a copy of the message with the voting items. Votes =
should be sent directly to Bob Crossland N3FR in this case.
