[PaQSO] All counties were represented on CW

That was easy enough to determine.  Just went to the preliminary scores and 
looked at the counties I missed.  Yes, there was CW activity in each county.  
Also, got a note from Al, KA3S who worked all 67 on CW, then went to phone on 
sunday to keep from being bored.  

Looks like it takes a little luck, or probably a much better operator than I, 
to work all 67 counties using CW only.  Fantastic job, Al!
