[PaQSO] MOE Was On CW

Hi Al,

Thanks for the cw MOE qso during the past PAQSOPs.  The 2002 party was the 
closest I've come to working all the counties.  Missed BRA, CRN, NUM, PER, 
POT and SUS.  

Several were on, heard them, but I was just at the wrong place at the wrong 
time.  

My records only go back to 1994 and a quick review doesn't show any station 
operating cw only, working all PA counties.  Interesting.
