Hi all;
       Just my two centavo's, I've been Pa qso partying for many years(even
some county
wallpaper for bragging rights).  I generally take a spin thru 20/15 to check
for action and
mults and usually always find it useful(lotsa qsl's from county hunters too)
those bands for
me are usually dead after dark so operating all night doesnt make sense to
me for working
sections. Besides I work saturday and like the nite time break(you did know
there was an
ulterior motive?). Thus I vote for keeping things the way they are as far as
operating time.
      Any change (i'm again change) should be for bonus everything for the
great operators
going from county to county in vehicles to give out the rare ones, always
the high point
in every party for me to work them and actually hope I might work em all one
year.
