[PaQSO] 10-15-20 meter QSO's

It seems to me, if you want to get more stations/areas/countries 
interested in joining our PAQSO Party yearly romp, it is sort of like
the old adage of 10-10 [you have to make the calls to get the results].
I have noticed the reciprocity from other areas - MI, CA. etc., when
getting into their 'fun' - sort of like 'I scratch your back you
scratch mine'.  I may never get the sweep of the counties during
the party, but I will continue to try and stir up DX interest.  
Don't think any awards for incremental is necessary.
