Some EPA possibilities include  Harrisburg and Wilkes-Barre, both around July 
4th,  York (Date?? Help me here York people),  and the Mid-Atlantic 'fest (at 
Kimberton ?), near Valley Forge about the 3d weekend of July.  I also seem to 
recall 'fests at Winfield (near Lewisburg) and Bloomsburg.   The latter two 
would have good access to I-80.

There are also fests in the Poconos and Lehigh Valley, both of these are in 
September.  Any others come to mind?

What facilities are important?  Good road access? Picnic grounds?  Pavilion?  

I like the idea of a mid-summer date for 'fest with meet & greet because of 
the greater amount of daylight for travel.
