[PaQSO] On the Lighter Side

Saw something neat at the WASH club breakfast this morning.

Larry K3VX brought in a Pa QSO Party certificate he had won... in the 12th
Annual contest in 1969 (he was K3VXV then).

Instead of the state map we've all become so familiar with, the background
showed the state tree, bird, and so on -- no, not the ones in that old
PennDOT joke.  It was signed by NARC President Bill W3SAY (who became SK
last year) and contest chair Bob W3NEM (I think he's also a SK now)

Wonder if anyone reading this has anything else from that far back, or even
farther?
