[PaQSO] More Points for CW

    I'm not so sure (as a die hard CW operator!) that CW ops 
particularly deserve the extra points
as I think that people who make the effort to work the CW stations when 
they might otherwise take a pass on them deserve the points for their 
effort.

    Close to the subject:  Perhaps a good aspect of revisiting the 
points system would be to get rid of the 1/2 points in the calculation!
