Hi Jay,

Well, that probably wouldn't work, but what do I know.  Since most QRP 
entries don't sign /QRP during the contest, the receiving OP wouldn't know if 
the transmitting signal was QRP. or possibly a weak mobile/portable station.

Maybe a 5 QSO penalty if the receiving OP claims a QRP received credit and 
the station was a portable 100 watter and off the ends of the antenna.  Wow, 
would that complicate things.  Hi.
