[PaQSO] Great NCJ articles

I wanted to take up a bit of bandwidth to say what a fine job Ed, WA3SES,
and Glenn, K3PP, did in authoring their PaQP stories that appear in the
latest edition of NCJ.  Two different perspectives of the PaQP were provided
by these gentlemen, each interesting in their own way.  And the timing
couldn't have been better!  
Great PR.
