Literally, "What is your Traffic Count?", from the olden days of CW traffic
nets.
In this context, it is a feature in the Worked All Europe (WAE) contest,
sponsored DARC, the German equivilent of the ARRL. Here, a station outside
Europe sends back "QTC" reports to European stations, consisting of previous
QSO information (Station worked, time worked, and that station's serial
number). Both stations get extra points for these QTC messages.
A contest oddity, which would violate a basic rule life and of events like
PaQP, namely "Keep It Simple, Stupid".
